Recipe: Porcini Mushroom Risotto
Sauté 300g of frozen diced porcini mushrooms with one onion and two cloves of minced garlic in butter. Add 300g of Arborio rice and deglaze with 100ml of dry white wine. Gradually incorporate 1L of hot broth until the rice is cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and serve hot.
Store at -18°C in the freezer.
